Hi guys!

If you read my welcome post you will find the rough story about this but I'll quickly describe it anyway.

1993 (L) Black Mazda MX6 2.5 V6 with ABS, Aircon, Electric windows mirrors and sunroof.

THIS CAR IS FOR SPARES (OR REPAIR) but is drivable until the 25th.

Listing the bad points is easier:
Bonnet is dented and scratched. Front Bumper is damaged. Inlet manifold gasket needs replacement. Exhaust is blowing, drivers side headlight mountings are all snapped (temorarally secured), passenger side rear wheel has a slightly smaller tyre than other three but all have medium tread, suspension is worn. Rear arches are rusty as is the sunroof and next to it. Rear drop links need replacing. I think thats everything.

Good points:
Still has MOT till the 25th and tax so can be driven away.
BRAND NEW discs and pads all round, done about 100miles and not ive braked hard on them because I know that can damage them within so many miles.
Interior is in excellent condition (NO WEAR or TEARS) not leather.
Engine is in good condition as it still goes like S**T off a shovel. (intake manifold gasket could do with a replace)
Backbox from a skyline with red reducer pipe included.
Speakers are all good but no headunit!

Anything else please ask. Specific pictures on request.
£300ono will consider p/x but new car is coming soon.

Not one for me i'm afraid Matt. Way too big a list of things to do to make it roadworthy and some time consuming jobs as well. It wouldnt make a lot for parts as it doesnt have leather or a decent set of alloys, or even a stereo so once collected it would owe around £400 with fuel and trailer hire and there would be no way of seeing that back.

Try the other mx6 sites, all they do is talk about saving mx6's, but then unfortunately no one actually steps up and does it.

Good luck chap.

That really is a bargain at £500. I had a 2.0i zetec before my mx-6 and for a while wanted the ST24/ST200, then I wanted the cougar because it's basically a mondeo coupe, then I decided to get something for a third the price and 200Kg lighter... The MX-6!! woo
